Problem : The device does not work, nothing appears on the screen.
Solution : Install a new alkaline battery.

Problem : The screen works but there is no sensation in the legs.
Solution : Ensure that the electrodes have been well applied to the skin and are both connected to the device.
Increase the intensity of stimulation by briefly pressing the “+” button.

Problem : When the electrodes are applied to one muscle (or one group of muscles, e.g. calves), there is a weaker sensation in one muscle (or group of muscles) compared to the other, or the sensation is absent in one muscle (or group of muscles), but not the other.
Solution : Muscles do not necessarily respond symmetrically. Increase intensity until the less responsive muscle (or group of muscles) starts to level out with the other. If one muscle (or group of muscles) is still not responsive, while the other has neared maximum bearable stimulation,
please stop stimulation and consider stimulating the muscle (or group of muscles) individually. This means one session with both electrodes on one muscle (or group of muscles), then another session with both electrodes on the other.
