Electrostimulation, I heard about it, but I had never really tried, except 2/3 times at a physio… During the summer, a friend made me discover his Veinoplus Sport device , I tried it for 10 consecutive days then I lined up at the start of a race where I really crossed a threshold and saw the difference… “To try it is to approve it!!! »
I now use it in the office, in class, in front of the TV, just after training, in front of the computer… Veinoplus Sport is easy to transport, so I don’t deprive myself! A few seconds are enough to be ready to recover! So I might as well optimize the effects by using it regularly on the different muscle groups that I use in training.
